Arianny Celeste is of Mexican (three-fourths) and Filipina (one-fourth) descent. She is an Octagon Girl for the UFC.

Such an odd combination of two very different races and cultures.

Actually, it’s not an odd combination at all, Den. There lots of mixed Mexican and Filipino people in central California and southern California. As for very different cultures…well, yes, they’re obvioulsy distinct cultures, but both Filipinos and Mexicans share a history of Spanish colonialism and also a history of strong Catholicism, so their coming together is not as odd as say, a Mexican and a Japanese.
